For clarity and smooth operations, the following operational costs are for the client's account.
The client is responsible for providing all diesel required for the truck's operation during the contract period.
Any toll fees, road usage charges, or specific site-access levies incurred during operation are for the client's account.
For projects requiring the driver to stay away from their home base, subsistence and travel allowances (S&T) are applicable.
Our process for securing a truck is simple and transparent.
The first month's rental of R70,000 is payable before the truck commences work on site.
Trucks are in high demand and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. A signed contract alone does not reserve a truck.
Availability is confirmed only once proof of payment is received for the R33,000 minimum upfront fees.

The R3,000 processing fee covers the administrative costs of vetting a new client, drawing up contracts, and preparing the vehicle and driver compliance files for your specific project. This ensures a smooth and compliant start to the contract.
The R30,000 deposit is refunded promptly after the contract ends and a joint post-hire inspection confirms the truck is returned in good condition, allowing for fair wear and tear. It secures against potential damages or outstanding costs like diesel.
Our primary business model is long-term monthly hire, which provides the best value and operational stability for large projects. We may consider per-trip or per-ton rates for specific, high-volume, short-duration projects. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
